Do you need my content and images to start?
You must have all the content necessary for the project ready to go by our agreed upon start date unless discussed prior. Failure to do so could result in rescheduling the project to a later date with a possible restart fee.
Can I get a refund?
All deposits are non-refundable as it is my way of securing your spot in the queue. I book projects several months ahead of time. Scheduling ensures that I give all of my clients the proper amount of time. If you back out of the project, you may leave an empty spot that could have been given to another project so if you are serious about moving forward with the project I need commitment in all it's forms.
Do you offer payment plan?
Yes I can offer payment plans for all projects. A deposit is 50% of the project cost. If your project is time tracked then I need a deposit will be discussed and depends on your project. Payments are paid till you paid in full regardless of the status of the project. All deposits are to be paid upfront to secure your booking.
What happens if i’m not happy with the design?
If for some reason, you are still not happy after two rounds of refinement, then we will continue the tweaking process at my current hourly rate.
We go through an in-depth questionnaire and briefing process, in the beginning, to make sure we are on the same page, so its highly unlikely that you will need extra time unless you have changed your needs, branding or content, which would mean additional costs as is is not included in the original quote.
What happens if I need it quickly?
Each project has been carefully thought out with enough time for both of us to do our research, for me to draft your design, and for us to go through the final tweaking stage. Your project may be able to be turned around quickly if the situation allows. If you need a rush project, please let me know well in advance so I can create a custom quote. A rush fee may be added depending on the deadline and complexity of the project.
