My website was in desperate need of updating. I had decided to move away from my original "web person" for a variety of reasons.I checked out Shonelle's website and Facebook page first and I very much liked what I saw....intuitively I knew she was the right person for me. Once I chatted with her on the phone I felt totally reassured and excited to be working with her. As it turned out there were a lot of problems to solve, most notably and frustratingly my former web person proofed to be very difficult in passing on information such as important logins for domain etc. It was very tricky and Shonelle not only kept her cool and patience she was also extremely reassuring and helpful, she got things done,  and along the way she taught me new things. I really felt empowered. Well now my website is finished and I am totally thrilled with it. Shonelle created a beautiful , very functional and easy to navigate website. I can highly recommend her to anyone, in particular to small business (who like to dream big) like mine. I already had very positive feedback from clients on it.
